New Construction Sees a 3.2% Increase in November
New home construction is continuing to increase and applications for building permits has risen to a 12-year high nationally. The Commerce Department reported a 3.2% increase in new construction for the month of November over October, and things are continuing to look good for the housing market rebound we are currently in. With interest rates nearly a full point below where they were this time last year, buyers are getting more house for their money.
