Coronavirus & Mortgage Rates
We've had several people ask about what effects the spread of the Coronavirus could have on the U.S. housing market, so we did some research to see what the financial experts are predicting. Overall, opinions seem to vary on what the long term effects could be, but for the near future, most economists are in agreement that we will continue to see mortgage rates dropping and more buyers taking advantage of the record low rates.
