30 YEAR MORTGAGE RATES SET A NEW RECORD!

For the tenth time this year, U.S. long-term mortgage rates have set a new low record! Average 30-year mortgages dropped from 2.87% to 2.81%, nearly a point lower than the rates this same time last year.
